Welcome to Move Breathe Be Yoga – Yoga in Melbourne’s outer eastern suburbs.

Practising yoga has many benefits – including improved physical flexibility and muscle tone, increased concentration, relaxation and improved reactivity to stress. The benefits you will receive will depend on your own personal circumstances – and that is the beauty of yoga, the experience for you is personal and totally unique.

Move Breathe Be Yoga classes are based in the Classical Yoga tradition. This tradition incorporates all aspects of yoga practice, including asana (physical postures), pranayama (breath awareness and breath exercises), mindfulness practices, deep relaxation and meditation, as well as a bit of philosophy. Not all aspects are covered in each class, however, you will get a taste of the varied aspects of yoga.

Whether you are an absolute beginner or have been doing yoga for some time, Move Breathe Be Yoga can offer yoga at your level – always being mindful of everyone working at the level that is right for them.

Move Breathe Be Yoga offers classes for everyone – whether it be general yoga or yoga in your own setting, such as corporate, schools, childcare centres, mother’s groups, sporting clubs etc.
